Our coaches work together to provide you with fun, effective workouts every single day. We are here to help you reach your goals, have fun and enjoy training!

Our coaches also offer 1-2-1 training for those that don’t just want to work in a group, or that you have a specific goal, and in some cases those returning from injury or illness.

Our 1-2-1 sessions are bespoke, structured and programmed to you, your goals and abilities.

Gym Owner, Personal Trainer and Group Training Coach

From as early as I can remember sport and fitness has been a major driving force throughout my life. My pursuit of sport has seen me play international rugby, set foot in the ring as an amateur boxer, become a world record holder in Kettlebell Sport and most recently train and compete in CrossFit.


It is this passion for training that I want to bring to you. I have been able to see first-hand the incredible power that exercise can have on your life both physically and mentally. I want to help you unlock your bodies potential, whether it is conquering a complex movement or picking up a weight that you never thought possible! I want you to experience how training can empower both your body and mind to help you believe that you are capable of anything.

Whether it is because you want to compete in your first competition or your 50th, you want to gain strength and find out what you are capable of throwing around the gym or you simply want to be fitter, healthier and able to run around the park with your little ones. I am here to help you get to where you want to be. I love all things strength and conditioning and I am a big fan of keeping things simple, you don’t need to overcomplicate things to get results, but believe me, simple does not have to be boring!

Most of all I want you to enjoy your training, it is a bug that is highly contagious and I dare you not to catch it!!

Qualifications: NABA Diploma in Personal Training, British Weightlifting Level 1, IGSF Kettlebell Sport Instructor Level 1, ABAE Boxing Leader

Sports/Interests: Crossfit, Weightlifting, Rugby, Functional Training. The sun on my skin, fooood and adventures with Rob the dog.

Personal Trainer and Group Training Coach

Having trained clients for over 4 years, I have learned that every client is unique and has many different reasons for seeking my help. It may be for fat loss, to gain strength, to increase confidence, to learn correct and safe techniques or to improve mental health. Whatever your goal, I am here to guide, support and encourage you.

As a trainer, I believe it is important to continue to learn and grow and will always look to attend seminars and training courses to expand my knowledge. I have attended Olympic weight lifting seminars, gymnastics courses, a rowing course delivered by a former Olympian and many more.

I have a passion for anything fitness related and have taken part in many team sports, CrossFit competitions and half marathons throughout my life. However, I spent quite a few years neglecting my own personal fitness when my children were small. I remember thinking that I couldn’t possibly find the time to exercise, until I decided to go for a run one evening and it literally reignited my passion for fitness. It was a pivotal moment in my life. I gained confidence and more energy, it improved my mental health and contributed towards weight management. This was such a great feeling and it spurred me on to turn fitness into a career. I’d love to help you find a love for fitness so if you’d like to arrange a free consultation, get in touch.

Personal Trainer and Group Training Coach

From a young age, I have loved being a part of fitness, being a competitive swimmer and water polo player, being in sport retail and then going on to study a Bsc in Sport and Exercise Science and Masters in Sports Business.


But even after these experiences, I had never been introduced to the importance that movement has on our lives, how it connects to so many of our essential lifestyle habits, and how we can take an active role in looking after our physical and mental health.


And when I was, it was a revelation. Putting away the toxic cycle of fad dieting and over-exercising. Building a lifestyle that suits the unique person you are, finding joy in movement and creating strength and self-respect for our bodies. Reducing anxiety and stress, feeling powerful, while still working towards healthy achievable goals. And this is what I want to share, to empower you going forward..

Gym Owner and Group Training Coach

I have always been into active hobbies, from learning to horse ride at a very young age to owning my own horse and competing regularly, to being a part of a running club and completing many 10km races and a half marathon! Right to where I am now, training and competing in Functional Fitness / CrossFit. 


When I was in my early teens my friend came to ride my horse and I gave her a lesson, giving que's when she needed them, teaching the most effective way to ride him well, encouraging her and most of all making sure she had fun. Her parting word's were "You should become an instructor, you're really good at telling people what to do"!

Twenty years later I'm following her advice! The huge opportunity of becoming an owner of Box Bell Fit has helped push me in the direction of life that I should be in, coaching people to get the best out of themselves with a smile on their faces! The sense of pride and happiness I feel when I see people pushing themselves mentally and physically and leaving with a smile on their face tells me this is where my passion truly is!

I am a qualified Group Training Instructor and love coaching all of our members at Box Bell Fit. I am currently studying for my Level 3 Personal Training Diploma and cannot wait to be able to share my knowledge, experience and passion of fitness to help you learn new skills and achieve your goals within your own personalised        1-2-1 training sessions, watch this space!

I also have a huge interest in food... well, Nutrition! From being someone who needed to lose a few kg's and unsuccessfully followed crazy diets on and off for years, to working with a nutritionist to understand what my body needs to fuel for performance and overall health. I understand the struggles many of us face with body confidence and actually knowing what we need to do to achieve our nutrition based goals. I have found a place where I can eat the foods I love (Chocolate, Brownies, cake, you name it, I love it!) whilst maintaining body confidence and ensuring I have the energy for my training and general day to day life. The key is Balance! I would love to be able to share my knowledge with others to help them reach this balance too. My next step will be studying a course in nutrition to further my knowledge and gain the qualifications I need to help others reach their nutrition goals.

Qualifications: Active-IQ L2 Diploma in Group Exercise. First Aid Trained. Currently studying for my Active-IQ L3 Diploma in Personal Training.

Sports/Interests: CrossFit, Weightlifting, Functional Training and Nutrition. The outdoors, sunshine, good food and the simple things in life!
