If you are looking for the ultimate in personalised exercise coaching, our trainers and training centre enable you to work directly with our training team on a dedicated 1-1 basis.

 

There are a multitude of reasons you may be considering personal training. You may want run a 5K or marathon, have more energy with the children, your clothes just don’t fit like they used to, you want to enter a PowerLifting competition, Obstacle race and need more upper body strength, or maybe you ran for a bus recently and felt totally blown out and unfit?

 

Whatever your reason is… we're here to provide that change for you. Based in our own training centre in Wokingham we provide all the space, time and kit you could imagine!

 

We offer the freedom of training rather than the monotony that is associated with a typical gym environment.

ANNA PLUMRIDGE

Anna Plumridge is the owner of Box Bell Fit, and has a wealth of experience in the industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She has a passion for helping people to change their lives through improving their health and fitness. She has a keen interest in the effects of nutrition on sporting performance and is always looking at ways to help her clients look and feel their best whether it be through training or food/drink.

Anna believes in not only having the qualifications but that “it is just as important to have the ability to apply that knowledge and influence positive change”.

 

Anna’s qualifications are gained from highly respected associations in the industry such as CYQ, OLF Education, IKSFA, YMCA, Keiser, and Boxercise.

 

Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, IKSFA Level 1+2 Kettlebell Sport Coach, Metafit, Circuit Training, BTN Academy Nutritionist, Boxercise Instructor, Boxercise Kids Instructor, Keiser Studio Cycling, LEKI Nordic Walking, BTEC First Certificate in Sport, Sports First Aid trained, always attending workshops and seminars furthering knowledge!

 

Sports/Interests: Professional Kettlebell Sport Athlete, lifting anything heavy, bodyweight training, nutrition geek, snowboarding,  walking the dog in the sunshine!

 

Typical Clients: Tend to be those wanting to work on strength and conditioning, injury proofing runners, correcting imbalances or injuries, clients wanting to take training and nutrition to the next step.

HELEN CLEWER

From putting on my first pair of rugby boots at the age of 12, sport and training has been the major driving force throughout my life. My passion for sport has seen me play international rugby, enter the ring as an amateur boxer and become a World Record Holder and Master of Sport kettlebell lifter. Throughout all of my career I have truly come to believe that it isn’t just about the goals you set yourself but the journey you take to get there. This means for me training and exercise have to work for people as part of their lifestyle.

SARA WHITTAKER

Sara is an experienced coach and Yoga instructor. She is available to book for 1-2-1 Yoga sessions from Box Bell Fit.

Following earlier careers as a librarian and NHS manager, Sara qualified as a yoga teacher and is concentrating on building her skills and experience in this area.  

She has a special interest in the benefits of exercise for people with mental health issues, and will be continuing her yoga journey by training as a ‘Yoga for Recovery’ teacher.

Sara teaches two group yoga sessions from Box Bell Fit each week (check the timetable for days/times). She is also available for yoga 1:1s at Box Bell Fit, or a location convenient to you.

Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor, Boxercise, Metafit, Yoga

 

Sports/Interests: Strength training, boxing, and yoga

I work hard to make sure that not only do you enjoy working out but also that your training evolves as you develop. I am always looking to improve myself as a trainer, I enjoy learning different styles of training (powerlifting and calisthenics being the most recent) because (a) I know different methods suit different clients and different goals and (b) variety is the spice of life and keeps training fun and helps you to keep developing.

I am passionate about your journey and will bring my varied background to make sure you get the most out of it. Every client is unique and every session will be tailored specifically to you. So whatever your goals, whether you are looking to improve sports performance or if this is your first step towards a healthier you, I want to work with you to help you get there and enjoy the experience along the way. EMMA HARRIS

Every client I train is different - with their own lifestyle, body, challenges and goals. Personal Training is not a one size fits all approach. Clients require different levels of motivation and encouragement depending on the type of personality that they are. My aim is to get the best out of you and to help you reach your potential in the health and fitness area of your life.

Personal Trainers each have their own style and as a personal trainer I represent an encouraging, friendly and effective style of personal training which will be progressive and will clearly focus on the goals you wish to attain.

I'm a keen running, love a fitness competition (SuperHuman Games!) and have always enjoyed team sports from my youth including hockey, netball, basketball and cross country. 

 

I have done half marathons but am waiting for the big 40 before I commit to a marathon! I have 3 boys keeping me busy and on my toes. As a family, we enjoy cycling and badminton.

Qualifications: Public liability insured, First aid trained, Level 3 Personal trainer, Level 2 Gym instructor, Kettlebell instructor, circuits instructor, Boxercise, nutritional advisor and Level 2 certificate in instructing exercise for children.
