Here at the BBF, we’ve taken the concept of group based training to the next level.
Set in the rural outskirts of Wokingham in Berkshire, BBF has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving training environment with a unique twist.
We continuously develop our programs and equipment and love our members to get involved and feed back to us, to ensure we are providing a top quality service.
Whether you’re a stranger to the gym or have a well-established training program, there's a variety within our classes.
Looking for something more personal? We also offer individual and small group PT packages, with in depth data analysis, nutritional support and highly qualified trainers to meet your needs and support you in achieving your goals.

WHAT WE OFFER
Group Membership - £55 per month, offering 40 x Group Sessions per week
20 x Individual marked out 3 metre by 3 metre bays to train within inside.
Fixed weekly timetable with varied timeslots to accommodate everyone
A mixture of styles to keep training varied – strength, conditioning, HIIT, bodyweight
We train with a huge variety of kit – Concept2 Rowers, SkiErgs, Assault Bikes, Wall Balls, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Olympic Lifting, Plyometric Boxes, Tyres, Sledgehammers
A private members Facebook group to keep up to date with everything daily, and ask any questions directly to coaches
Our training sessions cater for any age (16yrs onwards), sex and ability
For those wanting extra guidance or aiming towards a specific goal we can additionally offer 1-2-1 or small group personal training with our coaches
