Physical fitness should be a part of everyone's life and it should start with teaching our children at a young age. Most children grow up playing sports and being very active, but they do not recognise the importance of what they're doing and are quickly surround by the digital world that does not support simple sports and basic social interaction.

We start teaching them math, reading, and writing at an early age; why not make physical fitness a part of that essential knowledge base?

The most important part about this class is to ensure it is fun!

They will spend the session working out in a class that is not only teaching them hand eye co-ordination, but improve overall technique and ensuring their precious growing bodies are worked the best and safest way possible.

We also aim to build confidence and increase self-esteem. Classes are tailored to ensure no children are excluded and worked to ensure everyone benefits from a great workout.

Sessions are coached by Emma or Anna, who are qualified kids fitness instructors, first aid trained, Children's PL Insured and DBS checked.
