ABOUT  - GROUP CLASSES

Our Group Training classes allow you to get started at your own pace. It doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are; you can begin your journey in a way that is suited to you. It’s often much easier to commit to a challenge when you have people around you spurring you on.

With over 30 group coached sessions per week by awesome coaches. Whether you want to work on strength, power, speed, fitness, conditioning, new skills, or improve your body composition.

S&C

S&C training is the improvement of your muscular strength through weight training, along with your cardiovascular fitness through cardio training.

S&C training will allow you to be fitter, leaner, stronger and more flexible not to mention improving your all round fitness.

Barbells, Flipping Tyres, Battle Ropes, Rowing, Bodyweight Training, Wall Balls, Sandbags, Dumbbells. Different training protocols, AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), EMOTM (Every Minute On The Minute), Pyramids, Ladders.. give it a try!

CIRCUITS

Works your whole body for an awesome metabolic boost. The session is generally based around a number of stations and at each station you have a different exercise to perform. You do each exercise for a specified time then move on to the next with a specific amount of rest.

 

The kit always varies: boxing, kettlebells, weights, slam balls, agility ladders, tyres, bodyweight and sandbags.

Because the class is structured to work by yourself you can train regardless of fitness levels or strength. Making a great class for everyone.

TURBOBOX

We created this class based on the principle of Boxercise, but we've taken away all the pad holding, allowing everyone to work at their own speed and intensity on the bags.

 

The class is 45 minutes rather than a whole hour, as you won't be wearing pads and getting that rest!

 

TurboBox is a fun exercise class that involves lots of different interactive activities such as: hitting punch bags, kicking, skipping, core work, shuttle runs and circuit training.

HIIT

If your goal is to burn fat, HIIT (high intensity interval training) training better be part of your program. Besides being a quick method to get in a great workout, intervals are extremely effective for transforming your physique.

 

By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, intervals allow you to keep the workout intensity high while still maintaining form.

 

We keep it varied by different interval timings, bodyweight exercises and also kit like sledges, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls!

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebell training offers a different kind of training experience using ballistic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness such as muscular endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

 

One of the greatest benefits of kettlebell training is the development of the posterior chain (basically all the muscles up the back of your legs and into your back).
 

If you are looking to improve strength, power, muscular endurance, cardio, tone up and burn fat then kettlebell training is the way to go!

YOGA

Yoga works on strength, flexibility, balance, agility, endurance, core, and overall strength, among other things.

 

Classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age, experience or flexibility. Everyone can benefit from practicing yoga & the classes will be tailored to meet everyone’s individual needs.

Yoga compliments all the other group training sessions we offer.

 

Take the time to relax, injury-proof your body and increase your flexibility! 

METAFIT

Metafit is a high intensity 30 minute total body workout. Body weight exercises are an effective way to improve balance, flexibility, and strength, so you don’t need any fancy equipment.

 

The whole idea is to work to YOUR MAXIMUM. The intervals are meant to be flat out and hurt! 15-20 minutes of high intensity is plenty of time to achieve a metabolic conditioning effect, but only if you are flat out. If it feels easy... you aren't working hard enough!

OPEN GYM

If you want to pursue your own training programme outside of our classes, you can do so in our scheduled Open Gym slots.

 

You must be a member and book in before you arrive at the gym for your session.

If you are found to be using the space or equipment inappropriately you may lose access to Open Gym and/or classes permanently.

Please try your best to not disrupt classes if any are on when you train. A coach will be on-site at all times to answer any questions or address any issues you may have.
